Outreach Programs & Activities
Team 1727 at DC Regional Robotics Competition.
AETD engineers and support staff are essential contributors to NASA and Goddard Space Flight Center’s Education and Public Outreach (EPO) programs and we encourage active participation in a wide variety of efforts. AETD primarily supports EPO through long-standing strategic partnerships and shorter-term periodic requests for support. Partnerships include sponsorship of the National Society of Black Engineers Greenbelt Space Chapter, the Salish Kootenai College Engineering Partnership, and the FIRST Robotics Program. AETD also supports a number of activities in association with Engineers Week events held in February of each year.
